The 2022 Women’s Leadership Forum is a celebration of women. It aims to provide strategies for personal growth and is designed for anyone who wants to succeed in their chosen path.
The event shines a light on the important strategic position women play on the region’s economy and will act as a conduit for higher representation of female leadership across our community.
Our diverse and unique speakers will share their stories of how they pioneered in their field, overcame gender inequality and adversity and became inspiring mentors for women all over the world.
Delegates take away practical tips and strategies to advance their aspirations, boost their motivation and inspire them to take the next step.

We have a fantastic lineup of speakers for our 2022 Women’s Leadership Forum presented by Evolution Mining, including Dr Craig Challen, an Australian cave diver, notable for his efforts in saving a soccer team of twelve boys and their coach in the 2018 Thai Cave Rescue. His unwavering and selfless bravery saw him be awarded with the Star of Courage and the Medal of the Order of Australia for the successful rescue of the trapped soccer team. We also welcome Neryl Joyce, a young single mother who went from working at her local Woolworths to serving as a soldier in the Australian Army’s elite Close Personal Protection Unit. She later left the army to become a high-risk security contractor, where she was responsible for protecting high-threat targets from assassination and opportune attack in Iraq.

We also have some very inspiring local speakers, including Rowena Olsen, Dr Joanna Keen, Alex Naylor, Anne-Marie Ryan, Jess Warren, Jaymi and Michael Worthington, Rowena Leslie and Katrina Stubbs, Blessings Masuku and Ali Kent MLA.

Tickets include morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, sundowner, gift bags and networking opportunities.
