Painted in 2019 to celebrate Naidoc Week, Goldfields born Kyle Wicker with the assistance of the Norseman District High School students painted this stunning mural.
The 20m long painting took a week to create and it is Kyle’s first mural.
The wedge-tail eagle and kangaroos, often seen around Norseman, feature in the mural. The other third of the painting is a tribute to Kyle’s grandmother, Phyllis Wicker.
With help from his own mother, Valma Schultz and students from the local school, together they worked to create this wonderful piece of artwork that can be enjoyed by everyone.
