Heartwalk – Art in the Heart of the Kalgoorlie CBD

Art-lovers will not be disappointed by a tour of Artgold’s Heartwalk project through the Kalgoorlie CBD (central business district).

The project saw local and visiting artists create more than sixty (60) contemporary murals installed on building walls and empty shops in 2017 and 2018, in a bid to brighten the CBD and transform it into vibrant arts and cultural precinct.

Take a stroll through the 4km trail at your own leisure, and feel free to take advantage of the many cafes and coffee shops along the way.

Overtime some murals have been removed or rehomed.  The best way to complete the Heartwalk Trail is to download the Everythere app on your phone, iPad or tablet.

Follow the trail and read about the artist or look up the artist information as you come across the murals around town. It’s your choice!
